High Accuracy Dual Lane Solder Printing Machine---GPX-CW
The new GPX-CW is a compact, high-performance screen printer designed for dual lane production and offers an excellent printing accuracy, speed, and usability, as well as cost performance.
An optimal line configuration can be made in combination with double conveyor machines that support dual lane production. The production lines can be installed back-to-back with one-side operation, making effective use of the factory space.
A consistent highly rigid machine design from the base to printing section enables high accuracy printing and durability which can maintain printing quality. Variation in the solder paste filling amount is reduced by an alignment accuracy of ±10 um, Fuji's original print pressure feedback control, and the clamp pressure specified in recipes.
The appropriate solder paste amount is always maintained by using the automatic solder paste supply function and solder paste roll detection function. The mechanism to reduce the amount of solder paste escaping from the printing squeegees lowers the volume of escaped solder paste during printing. The area to which the cleaning solution is dispensed is automatically adjusted based on the panel width. These reduce waste of production consumption materials.
The GPX-CW has all the features necessary for high output in a limited space, enhancing the floor productivity at production sites looking for modern printing solutions.
